Welcome to the Austin Yoga House, where we bake you into healthier self. Here on our blog we share exercises, recipes, and concepts for you to do and retain the level of fitness needed to maintain a lean figure and great musculature.

My name is Jane and I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years. It is one of my great passions in life and I enjoy helping others achieve their goals. In the past, I have also done Tai Chi and dabbled in Kung Fu, because the latter is a real fat burner and muscle builder, while making you feel confident and more secure. Still, yoga is my favorite activity and I don’t think I will ever stop practicing it.
